Guests have access to the entire home during their stay, with the exception of a closet locked off for our cleaning team. During the winter months, guests have exclusive access to the private, complimentary South Peak shuttle service, which picks you up right from the driveway and takes you to any of Loon Mountain’s base areas.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood offers a private road for walking and access to the hiking and snowshoeing trails along the Pemi River! Located about 5 minutes from downtown's restaurants/bars, and 5 minutes to Loon's main lodges, this is the perfect getaway for family and friends!
Getting Around:
The town of Lincoln offers a shuttle service, The Shuttle Connection, which can be reserved by guests for rides downtown to restaurants, bars, shopping and more. The rate for the Shuttle Connection is $7/person. The home also features a free shuttle service through the South Peak Association, which provides rides to and from all Loon Mountain bases and lodges during the Winter months. Please reach out to the Host for more details on how to reserve these shuttles.

The house was beautiful. The design details really added to the mountain feeling throughout. Excellent amenities. Everything was new and clean and well cared for. Access to the river was directly from the yard of the house and made it easy to hang out the morning, day or night for a few minutes or a few hours. The locations basically at the base of loon mt(with chair lifts in the neighborhood that presumably go to the base of the mountain in winter). We were Close To lots of great hikes. Collectively- we did flume gorge, artist bluff, Georgianna falls, mt. Pemigewasset and Cannon. There were 10 adults and a toddler in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone on the house. Would love to go back any season!

Overall the stay was great. House is beautiful and location is perfect. Mackenzie was a great host and communicated and anddressed anything we had questions or concerns on.

It was a stunningly lovely home and perfect for our family gathering of 14 people. The shuttle to Loon was easily arranged. We would certainly stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The Kenzie was incredibly responsive and accommodating from start to finish, making everything seamless and stress-free. The house was comfortable and meticulously clean, with plenty of space for our four families to relax and enjoy time together. The location was amazing, close to everything we needed while still feeling private and peaceful. The bedrooms were all great, the kids loved the bunk room. All the amenities we could have asked for were included, which made traveling with a group so easy. We would absolutely book this home again and highly recommend it to others!
