Unit was fairly clean-- found areas that didn't appear to have been touched in some time (ie chair arms were very dirty)--- was a good unit for short people-- our family members are taller and bumped their head getting in and out of shower-- plus our son had to hold his head sideways to take a shower. Also found a couple broken-reported to owner (who was on site)

We enjoyed our stay. Close to Breckinridge and Frisco. Cabin was clean and clubhouse is great. Could use some new cooking ware.
We used the grill and had a great time. We got lots of snow for Christmas. We left 3 sleds for the next guests.

We loved this little cabin, it was so perfect for just the two of us. The free bus system is easy to use and the stop is decently close to the RV park. It’s maybe 5 minutes tops to Breckenridge which is super convenient. A few good hiking trails nearby were so simple to walk to, nice and close. We’d definitely stay here again if we do another couples getaway. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were polite. Our only complaint was that there weren’t blankets.
