The open plan fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes a breakfast table, gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher and breakfast bench with kitchen bar stools. The 1st level also hosts the first of 3 decks with deck chairs to enjoy unbridled views of the Peninsula and breathtaking sunsets.

The 2nd level opens up to a family room with large screen LCD TV with Foxtel and Blu-ray DVD player as well as access to the pool deck and pool, deck chairs and lounges for the perfect Summer getaway!

The 2nd level also provides access to a larger outdoor deck with a 10 seat table, large BBQ and outdoor lounge to support an unforgettable al fresco dining experience on the east-facing deck that captures the morning sun.

There are four spacious bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 guests (maximum of 8 adults, with a sofa bed made available in the Master bedroom for children) in impeccable linen and veritable comfort. The stylish master bedroom adjoins a private Juliette-style balcony, ceiling fans plus spectacular coastal views. Two bathrooms and a powder room provide ample flexibility with the ensuite to the master bedroom fitted with a twin shower, twin vanities and luxurious free-standing bath.

Please note: The fireplace in the upstairs master bedroom is not available for guest use at the property.

Climate control is provided throughout the property by a ducted air-conditioning unit throughout the home in addition to fans in all rooms and additional air-conditioning in the master bedroom, ensuring all guests are kept comfortable during their stay.

The large laundry offers a washing machine and clothes dryer as well as outdoor hanging facilities.

To secure your reservation, please complete and return this verification within 24 hours. All stays must comply with local council short-stay regulations.
