This one bedroom, one bath condo is all about the location! In the heart of historic downtown Salida. Walk to all the restaurants, shops, galleries. Minutes to the miles of Salida Mountain Trails- hike, bike, raft right out your front door!
This condo offers:

~Great Downtown Location
~Fully stocked kitchen
~One, Well-Behaved Dog Welcome- please note, there is not a yard and you must walk your leashed dog for potty time
~Queen Sleeper Sofa
~Unit is on ground floor with one step up into the bathroom
~Designated parking for ONE vehicle located behind the condo
~~Please note that the loft is not accessible.
~~~Please note that this unit does not have air conditioning
**Neighbor is 420 friendly, which leads to shared aromas. We provide an air purifier for your use.
All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry soap.
Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.
All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.
~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. 24 to 48 hours before arrival, check-in instructions will be sent to guest.
**This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Any other use including large gatherings or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.
Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service or interruption of service.

We had a great stay, central to all the great things to do in Salida. Excellent grocery store steps away. Super comfy and well-appointed apartment. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location for exploring all the shopping and food establishments in Salida. And launching off for great recreation in the nearby mountains. Couldn't be happier with this place

Nice place but note on tub (which was a HUGE reason for choosing) indicated that the hot water heater couldn't support using the tub. Darned... can't that be fixed?

If it weren't for the cigarette smoke/smell coming from attached unit, we would give this stay a 5-star review. Unfortunately, the unit next door has at least one smoker and the smell permeates through the vents and into the unit. The smell is most noticeable in the living room and in the bathroom. If you don't mind cigarette smoke/smell, then this is a great place with perfect location. The bed is comfortable and it was easy to work with the management company.
