A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Fabulous panoramic ocean, Intra-coastal waterway & city views in every room and anywhere inside this newly remolded spacious beach condo; the pictures could not truly present the breathtaking beauty of the ocean, sunrise and sunset you would experience there in person.
Fully equipped, all new high end stainless appliance, all new beds, and top-notch mattresses, with brand new full-size LG washer/dryer inside the condo. Features include: Oceanfront balcony, full kitchen, new granite counter-tops, open floor plan and split bedrooms for comfort and privacy.
UPGRADED EVERYTHING FROM TOP TO BOTTOM not only for this condo, but also for the whole building with tens of millions dollar’s renovation, code-upgrading and remodeling for 4 years after suffering a major damage from hurricane in 2016! Resort amenities include oceanfront heated pool, hot tub, game rooms, library, reserved parking in garage, tennis & basketball courts, huge sundeck on the ocean, also a full service 29th floor restaurant with 360-degree views, which is now fully open and operational (take you less than 15 seconds to get to the restaurant from our unit). Minutes from International speedway, ocean walk entertainment, shopping, restaurants and downtown Boardwalk.
This spectacular ocean front condo is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. You and your family will love this upgraded and beautifully decorated condo because of its absolutely beautiful views from inside and outside. The condo is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups, even for you WFH with such beautiful setting!

The condo was great- clean and the view was sensational! Beds were comfortable and ample towels were available for both bathing and “beaching.” Access to the beach, pools and amenities was great! The restaurant- Top of Daytona was fabulous. Definitely worth the price! My only negative comment concerns the access to the patio/deck. When we arrived and attempted to open the slider, it would not budge. Let me say, the outdoor space was very important to us. My brother managed to open it enough to gain access. We purchased WD-40 and applied it throughout our stay(got slightly better). Also the patio furniture was limited (one chair). With the slider repaired, I would definitely return and recommend.

The view, the building, the pool area. the staff, the willingness to work with me were all stellar. Lisa is an absolute doll! As for the actual property, it sufficed but definitely needs some TLC. Door handles were broken, chairs on patio were cheap and semi-broken. The appliances were fine, mattresses weren’t great but did the job. It could use a good deep clean as there was food under the beds that wasn’t ours. The washer needs a good de-molding. Definitely an amazing property but a little disappointed in the lack of care for the unit.
