The place is in need of TLC. Basic cleaning especially in the outside kitcen. Lighting is poor. The kitchen is under equipped with plates and cutlery, kettle, etc. Ceiling fans are noisey. No AC downstairs. Upstairs the AC is noisy. I gave it 3 stars because the host was responsive l.

Everything was clean and perfectly suited for our short stay. The area was close to everything. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home

This place did the job, but just barely. Would not stay here again. Kitchenette is outside, so dishes cannot stay clean, and bugs and lizards find their way in easily. Living room is very dark. One single light bulb, but was flickering so we had to unscrew it. There was a storm our first night, and the power went out around 6am. Texted the host multiple times to see what we should do, but didn’t get a response for 4hrs. Beds are not comfortable, and do not have proper sheets, so you are in contact with a blanket that has been who knows where. No hand soap in the whole home. Only A/C window unit in the bedroom upstairs. Ceiling fans are extremely squeaky. While Vivian was mostly kind of prompt with communication, the home itself was dusty and uncomfortable. I would not recommend.
