Four of the bedrooms are on the third floor and include a king bedroom with ensuite bathroom and private balcony, a room with 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds which shares a Jack 'n Jill bathroom with a king bedroom. The final bedroom on this floor also features a king bed. The main living area on the second floor features a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with balcony access and a bedroom with two sets of twin over twin bunkbeds and a twin trundle bed. Each bedroom features a TV and crisp linens from our professional linen service. Towels are also provided.
Relax and unwind in the private heated pool and hot tub, complete with Adirondack lounge chairs for ultimate comfort. Enjoy outdoor entertaining with a poolside covered bar area featuring a TV and patio dining for 8. A gas grill and putting green make it easy to enjoy the outdoors, while a rooftop deck with seating offers a perfect place to soak in the island views.

Rooms were very clean. For such high ceilings, zero cobwebs. The one bathroom that had a shower curtain did have a moldy one though :(Only receiving one roll of TP per bathroom, one roll of papertowels, one trashbag and minimal dishwashing tabs for a group of 7 staying 6 nights is just not reasonable. We understand that perhaps people take things when they leave, but having reasonable amounts of items on hand that would be needed for our group, would have been nice.We had two repeated nights of AC issues. Maintenance was very responsiive, but if we had two nights of it, it was obviously not fixed the first night. Several of us slept uncomfortably. We were apologized to, but not accomodated for our issues in anyway other than that.A lanai around the pool would have been fantastic! Candles to keep bugs away would have been appreciated. Sitting out in the evening was uncomfortable, so we went and purchased our own. They helped, but were not a perfect solution.The uptop deck was amazing for coffee in the morning and evenings when the sun went down. It was a gorgeous view. This house is the perfect location! The shops are nearby, the restaurants are close and the beach is only blocks away. The place was wonderful. Despite some hiccups, it was a dream week with friends!

Our stay was very nice, we rented this home last year also. The home definitley needs some work done, needs a new washer and dryer, the floor needs some work, alot of small things. Otherwise, excellent spot to stay and had a great time.

Location was great! The beach, shops, restaurants and bars were all in walking distance. Pool and backyard was nice and perfect for little kids. We had an issue with the kitchen sink faucet and the bunk beds were broke at the top but it was all fixed and taken care of with no issues after.
