This is our third year renting Coligny Villa 8. The location is wonderful. It is close to the beach and Coligny Plaza. Love having the pool right out our back door. If I had a complaint, it is that the living room furniture needs to be upgraded. Not the same furniture as in the picture. It is very uncomfortable.

My husband and I are locals and we rented this condo while our kitchen was being renovated. We loved everything about our 3-month stay. The location is amazing with the beach, stores and great restaurants are all within a 5-minute walk. The updated kitchen was small but very functional for the many meals we cooked during our stay. The beds are very comfortable and the updated upstairs bathroom was lovely. The washer/dryer worked well for us, even in such a small space. We loved the quiet courtyard in the back, with the grill, patio, and easy access to the pool. The courtyard is well-maintained, and the neighbors were conscientious and quiet. The property management company was very responsive to the few, small issues we had and addressed them professionally and promptly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Don't miss this hidden gem, tucked into the best location on the south end! Its not ocean-front, but its the next best thing! Very, very highly recommended.
