4 Bedrooms | 4.5 Bathrooms | Sleeps 13 | 2,900 Sq. Ft.

The Boat House is the perfect place to experience the beautiful white sands of the Alabama Gulf Coast. Newly built and professionally decorated, this spacious coastal home offers beautiful views of the 13th hole at Kiva Dunes with the Gulf just beyond.

Spend your days with your toes in the sand, hunting for blue crabs along the bay, or relaxing by the heated pool — all just steps from the house. Back at The Boat House, prepare dinner in the well-equipped kitchen, gather for a movie on one of the many Smart TVs, or unwind on one of four private balconies as the sun sets over Kiva Dunes.
