This gorgeous south-end Siesta Key condo sits on the Gulf of Mexico in a gated complex with private beach access and two heated pools. Enjoy endless beach activities—swim, build sandcastles, rent jet skis, or relax under an umbrella with a good book. Take in stunning sunsets, collect seashells, or simply lounge poolside for the ultimate coastal getaway.

- Coin laundry on each floor (no in-unit washer/dryer)

- Private beach access: area closest to the building is reserved for guests renting on-site beach equipment, set up by water line or public beach space

- Parking restrictions: no boats, motorcycle, trailers, jet skis, oversized or commercial vehicles allowed.
- Beach may be crowded during peak times (beyond owner control)
- Elevator will be out of service starting Sept 28, 2026 for about 6 weeks.

Fabulous location. Easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops. Condo well appointed. Would add black out curtains in bedrooms - front bedroom especially. Other than that… perfect weekend!

This beautiful 4th floor condo overlooking the beach was the perfect spot for us to relax and enjoy our vacation!We had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, and the location let us just walk to the beach and back whenever we felt like it.

Loved our stay here!! Everything was clean and organized and the view was better than expected. Clear guidelines were provided and they made it a very easy process. We will definitely be back!

The UnitFairly well stocked with kitchen supplies. The refrigerator is a good size. The bedrooms are good sized. The master bath is huge. Well stocked with beach supplies especially if you have kids but this limits patio space. The beach is on the crescent of Siesta Key so keep that in mind. You are at Public Beach access #13. If you have your own tent or umbrella, I’d bring it. The private boundary extends only so far. So if you pay for chairs and umbrellas there will be people in front of you. Which is the main reason for my rating. The parking spot is probably the most technical to get in. It’s surrounded by 4 pillars so backing in is a must. The master bed had dirt or coffee grounds on it upon arrival. They doProvide login ins for some streaming services.
