Casa Iommart is a light and bright apartment near the centre of Sant’Agnello. It has its own private terrace that looks out onto surrounding hills and countryside.
Casa Iommart is a fantastic property for those looking to explore nearby Sorrento and the Amalfi coast, while also having exceptionally comfortable accommodation to relax in when not out. Based near the heart of Sant’Agnello, guests enjoy immersing themselves in the culture of the town with its numerous restaurants and shops. Fantastic transport links are also in town, so it is not necessary to come by car. Many guests of Casa Iommart like to make use of the nearby Piano di Sorrento beach which is at about 800 meters away and it can be reached by an elevator(for a small fee).
Inside, the apartment there is an open-plan living room and kitchen. The living room is large, bright and tastefully furnished and contains a sofa, coffee table, dining table for four people and a kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas stove, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, a toaster, an electric kettle, a microwave, a coffee machine and other small appliances. It is from the living room that guests make their way out onto the spacious terrace.
Please note that, on rare occasions, the owner may pass by your terrace to access her home, which is next door.

Casa Iommart is spread over just one floor on the first floor of the apartment’s building.
• Bedroom 1: contains a double bed and a TV and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. You access the bedroom from the corridor.
• Bathroom 1: contains a sink, bidet, toilet, shower cubicle and a hairdryer. You access the bathroom from the corridor.
• Bedroom 2 with ensuite bathroom: contains two single beds (on request can become a double bed) and a TV and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The bathroom contains a sink, bidet, toilet, shower cubicle and a hairdryer. You access the bedroom from the corridor.
Casa Iommart is stylishly decorated with ornate tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. However, it also has the following amenities and home comforts that can help guests enjoy their stay even more:
• Wi-Fi throughout.
• Large terrace area with countryside views.
• Air conditioning and heating included.
• Cot or crib available as well as a highchair.
• Discounted parking at the nearby carpark. (Reservation required)
• Bed linen and towels included.
• Certified disinfection.
• A chef in the villa can be organised upon request as well as grocery shopping.
Not included in the price, to be paid on site:
• Final cleaning 110,00 euros

We very much enjoyed our stay , the apartment was in a great place with lovely views to the hills.The location for supermarkets, bus and trains was excellent, although buses coming from Sorrento to Amalfi were very busy even early morning so plan ahead.All in all we had a fabulous holiday.

We loved staying at Sant Agnello. The town is adorable, felt very local and there were great dining options nearby. This apartment was pretty good. The price was great. It was a one mile walk to and from Sorrento - we loved starting and ending our day with a walk and great little coffee spots all along the way. However, there were a few things that could've been better. 1. The one bathroom smelled quite bad, like the shower line needed to be cleaned. I never said anything so this could've been fixed, but we choose not deal with it and use the other bathroom. 2. Have EXACT change when paying for the tourist tax. We owed 72 euro and change couldn't be made so we ended up paying an extra 8 euro. 3. There was trash that was left out of the patio and bedding from the previous guest was left in the top of the building by the elevator. Neither of these affected us too much but someone else might care. Would I stay here again? For the price I probably would. It wasn't fancy, but it was pretty clean, the view was good and the communication was excellent. We spent very little time at our place so the minor inconveniences in the end probably outweighed the negatives, especially for the money we saved staying outside of Sorrento.

Excellent space for a week-long stay in the Bay of Naples area, without being in the overcrowded Sorrento!. Beautiful deck and views, well stocked kitchen and grocery stores nearby . Easy access to buses and trains to go in both directions.Good communication with the agency who answered all of our questions. The check in felt very rushed but we were able to get our questions answered afterwards. Nice restaurants within walking distance. For people booking, be aware this is not a hotel and you will need to provide most things.
