A ground-floor apartment with a shaded private garden, this property offers an idyllic retreat for friends and families. Just 700m from the beach, but only 150m from the shops this is the ideal base for a holiday in the upmarket resort of Loiri Porto San Paolo.
The apartment, which sleeps 4 people, has a delightful covered veranda overlooking the garden. Furnished with a dining table and chairs, the veranda makes the perfect outdoor dining room. Inside, through large glass doors, the spacious living area has a contemporary sofa, a work table, a dining table with 4 chairs and a kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, making self-catering a breeze.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed, extensive wardrobes and a door out onto the private garden.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom has 2 single beds and a chest of drawers.
