Very clean property. Exactly what we needed for our group. I would consider staying here again if I come back to the area.

We used the Cozy Cottage for 4 adults for 5 nights while exploring the area and attending a family wedding. The house was more than adequate for us. It was centrally located in the city of Newland and thus was close to everything. Brandon was very responsive to all of our messages. If we were back in Newland again we would try to stay here again.

Nice Kitchen for the size of house.
