Me and 9 of my friends stayed here for my bachelorette weekend. The house was gorgeous, super scenic and had all the amenities we were looking. Perfect distance from everything there is to do in downtown Chattanooga. 10 out of 10 would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The owner was so sweet and very accommodating when we needed something! The views are beautiful and lots of bedrooms for big parties.

There were plenty of beds for everyone. It was a beautiful view over the river and we got to fish. We had trouble with the Internet, but it was resolved immediately by the Property Manager. There were 14 of us and everyone had a great time.

The views were amazing off the back porch, especially in the Fall. The house had plenty of bedrooms to accommodate a large group, but it was quite dirty (dead and live bugs in many rooms, thick layers of dust), some rooms don't have working fans, and there is no cell phone service at all. It certainly felt more like camping than staying in a lake house, as we were encouraged to throw away used toilet paper (as opposed to flushing) and there were timers on the showers.
Additionally, there were several issues with the host. I called/emailed several times to ask a question prior to the visit but received no response. When we got there, we realized the hot tub was broken, which the host was apparently aware of but hadn't told us. When we asked the host how we could fix it, she told us to Google it. This did not resolve the issue and we could not use that amenity. To her credit, she was nice to our dogs.
Overall, we had a good time, but I would bet there are nicer places to stay in the area.
