We had a fabulous stay at the Carriage House. We stayed upstairs and our friends stayed downstairs. It was a beautiful house, decorated nicely with everything you would need/want for a 5 day stay. The gardens were stunning. We walked to all the restaurants, shopped downtown. Biked on the VA creeper trail. Fantastic weekend!!

This was such a lovely place!! So cozy and inviting. The perfect location for walking everywhere downtown. The garden was amazing, even so early in the spring, and the bed was super comfortable! And there is nothing like the sound of a train rolling through. We loved every second of it!

This property was perfect in every way! We stayed four nights and will definitely be back!!The upstairs coffeemaker didn’t seem to be working although the downstairs one worked great!
