Grey River Gatherings is the perfect space for you and your group! The home is large and spacious with dining and common space that will meet all of your needs. There 6 rooms, 4 bathrooms and 10 beds. There is a backyard and front porch to sit and enjoy the fresh mountain air. The home is only 7 minutes from Downtown Asheville. You will enjoy a drive to and from the heart of downtown along the French Broad River.

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from UNC Asheville. This was a great home for our 9 family/friends staying at the house. We had a cookout following graduation and there was ample room for the celebration in the house (about 25 people). This home is about 3 miles from UNC Asheville and is a quick drive to the River Arts District and downtown. Great location with a lot of room.
