Just 50 meters from the Tower of San Vitale, within the medieval walls of the walled city of Como, lies a small, immaculately maintained loft.
The Mini Loft Torre San Vitale, completely renovated in 2024, consists of a 60-square-meter apartment with a double bedroom, a living room featuring a double sofa bed (160 cm wide) and a Smart TV, a kitchen, and a bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the upper level, which has a ceiling height of 1.50 meters and features an additional double bed. The apartment is air-conditioned with split-system units in the bedroom and living room. Radiator heating is provided by an independent boiler. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, convection oven, microwave, digital kettle with adjustable temperature, Nespresso coffee machine, and an American-style coffee maker. Free, unlimited Wi-Fi. Safe and ionic hair dryer.
The Loft is on the first floor of a typical Como courtyard and has no steps for access (only a 4-cm threshold). The corner shower is flush with the floor.
The Loft can accommodate 2 people in the bedroom + 2 people in the living room on the sofa bed + 2 people in the UPPER AREA (150 cm high): the beds will be made to suit each guest’s preferences.
The Loft is NOT located in the restricted traffic zone (ZTL). You cannot park your car in the inner courtyard. Along the avenue, there are paid municipal parking spaces and two parking garages (Autosilo Valduce, 250 meters away, and the “Tribunale” Municipal Parking Garage, 300 meters away)
The Torre San Vitale Mini Loft is located on Viale Lecco along the walls of Como, 500 meters from the Duomo and Casa Terragni, and 700 meters from the lakefront and the Ferrovie Nord train station, which connects Como to Milan Cadorna. The funicular to Brunate is 1 km away and can be reached on foot along the Viale Geno lakeside promenade. The Lario ferry terminal (1 km across Piazza Cavour) connects to the lake’s most enchanting gems: Cernobbio, Bellagio, Varenna, and Ossuccio. Linate and Malpensa airports are about a 1-hour drive from Como, and a paid shuttle service is available upon request.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, you’ll find bars, restaurants, and shops selling everyday essentials.
Special agreements and offers with restaurants, a sailing school for sailing or motorboat trips, and a sommelier for wine testings. A tour guide is available.

My wife and I were joined by the parents of our Italian-born son-in-law for three wonderful nights in the Mini Loft Torre San Vitale. The apartment was perfect for us; we spent the evenings and nights there, we were exploring Lake Como and five towns along the lake during each day. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen more than met our needs for breakfasts, and the property manager was very helpful.

The property was excellent but Giorgio was amazing. We loved him. The way he greeted us was lovely and he was so kind and sweet with my daughters. At one point I needed an iron and texted him to ask if there was one and he offered to donit for us . Of course we said no bc it wasnt necessary but the fact he wanted to help meant so much to us. The place was spotless and comfortable for our family of 4. The location spot on. We walked everywhere and there were places to eat very close to us and a supermarket. All walking distance. Completely recommend the mini loft and I'll definitely book again for future stays.

We had a lovely time! Como and the lake is so beautiful! Georgio was so kind to let us store our luggage at the apartment while he finished cleaning and setting up the apartment. Quiet and walking distance to sites. The bed down stairs is extra firm. Thank you
