One of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed at. Great location and amenities!

Wonderful place! Clean, comfortable and relaxing. A few blocks from Beale Street and a couple bocks from National Civil Right Museum. Very Convenient.Would not hesitate to book again!

Blues Landing is in the absolute perfect location, we were able to walk everywhere. Very close to excellent places of interest and good restaurants and bars.
The condo is spacious, well furnished and with great amenities - kettle, toaster (vip for Aussies!), coffee machine, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher etc; and fabulous secure parking. The beds are comfy, and the showers’ water pressure is great.
Dennis is an excellent communicator, good check in details, and very quick to respond to our one question which was just about leaving our car in the parking space for a couple of hours after check out.
Overall we had a fabulous stay and would definitely recommend Blues Landing for a very convenient and comfortable stay.

It was a great stay! The place wasn’t completely prepared for us BUT the owner and manager responded quickly to the situation. I appreciated their fast response. I’m not sure if the promise of a partial refund was done. But the fast response to the complaint was appreciated. It’s a great location and close to everything.
