Gather around the outdoor fireplace on the sectional sofa, catch the game on the outdoor TV, or climb to the rooftop deck where 360-degree mountain views and a fire pit table await under the stars.



Inside, the open-concept living room features vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, a kiva-style corner fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling accordion glass doors. The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with Viking and Wolf appliances—including a six-burner Wolf range under a custom black diamond-tile hood—plus a Sub-Zero refrigerator, double wall ovens, and a large granite island with seating for three. Walk-in pantry and breakfast nook with seating for four.



The climate-controlled garage has been transformed into a game room with epoxy checkered flooring, regulation pool table, ping pong table, high-top bar seating, and wall-mounted flat screen.



Four bedrooms sleep 10: primary suite with king bed, wall-mounted TV, and ensuite with dual vanity, walk-in glass block shower, and separate soaking tub. Guest rooms include one queen and one with two queens, all with quality mattresses, ceiling fans, and wood shutters. Dual coffee makers (drip + Keurig), professionally laundered linens, everything needed for a seamless stay.
