This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. As a guest of Kamaole Sands you can pick up a free Maui News each day, as well as enjoy live music and a Hula show by the pool each Wednesday from 3-5 PM.

To Reserve The House, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

The property was a great home base. It was nice to have the beach right across the street. The amenities were great with pickleball courts, a pool and others. It was easy to work with the owner and the price for what we got was fantastic.

We had a great stay at this condo. The condo was clean, spacious, and was well equipped with beach supplies including beach chairs, a wagon, sand toys, and even a child life vest which we found very useful. There were plenty of spices available for cooking and the kitchen was well stocked with small appliances. Pools were great and there were always beach loungers available. Location was perfect with the beach across the street. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and Foodland was just a short drive away. They also accommodated a late checkout. Staff were all very friendly. Would definitely book this place again the next time we are in Maui.

The property was described exactly as it is. Very clean, well maintained, close to pool and shops. The beach supplies were in excellent condition and had everything we needed. Lanai was spacious- loved the couches. Management was quick to respond to the wish for a teakettle and large water jug. Definitely a place to return to.

I cannot recommend this condo and Kamaole Sands in general enough. The condo was perfect all the amenities were there it was really well stocked with pantry items, soaps, toilet paper, paper towels etc. there was lots of beach gear and extra large beach towels. The furniture was so comfortable the lanai was amazing. The resort is so clean and beautifully landscaped the pools and hot tubs were excellent and the BBQ were clean and in good working order! We cannot wait to come back and book this condo next time. Staff were so friendly and helpful and it was a quick walk to a stunning beach
