This perfect fully enclosed first-floor suite features two separate bedrooms with queen-size beds, each with their own sliding glass entrance to a gorgeous patio overlooking an even more beautiful view of Silver lake, Griffith Observatory and the Hollywood sign.
Make use of a full bathroom with tub and shower, as well as a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker with free pods, Brita water filter, glasses, cups, and utensils. (Note: it is not a kitchen - it's more like what you'd find in a nice hotel room).
Spend the night taking in the view under string lights illuminating a beautifully landscaped yard and your own private amphitheater. The fully enclosed multi-level landscaped yard is perfect for dogs (for a standard pet fee). Also enjoy pampering yourself in a luxurious six-person jacuzzi (just not after 10 PM because our neighbors have children and need quiet).
There is no indoor living room, but you will enjoy an outdoor living room area on a huge deck, with two couches and a chair and a coffee table and two large, powerful outdoor gas heaters. (The photos show all of this).
[Please note: this property does not allow parties or gatherings. No guests are permitted beyond the number of guests listed on the reservation without permission in advance. And because Silver lake is a fire zone - there is no smoking allowed on the premises. Thank you for understanding!]
The home sits at the top of a hill overlooking Whole Foods, CVS, Starbucks and a bountiful selection of friendly, family owned restaurants and diners.
You will be only 15 minutes from Hollywood, Downtown, and Glendale, and a mere 10 minutes from Dodger’s stadium. Quick access to the 5 or 101 freeways gives you a head start on any of your travels! You have to see this place - it's even more beautiful than the photos.
Lastly - the property manager may be in the house upstairs (which is fully walled off from your listing), so someone will be available to help you if ask for assistance or would like us to run a load of laundry or do a grocery run. But there are no other renters on the property - no one has no access to your space at all - your listing is entirely private - and you will not see anyone else unless you need support!

Roger was incredibly attentive and willing to help with whatever you need! Super clean and close to everything. It was perfect for what we were looking for.

Everything was as described or better. We had first class VRBO experience! Property has an amazing view and I spent hours on the deck reading and writing. Host was not just incredibly responsive, but consistently proactive looking for feedback or questions. Readily supplied unexpected help when asked within 10 minutes (I needed a screwdriver to fix my luggage)! Note that this part of silver lake is VERY STEEP and the narrow car lined roads are very challenging for even confident drivers. Close walk for stuff (but you better be fit to navigate the mountainous grades) and plenty of street parking (but be prepared for delays as oncoming cars try to find gaps to pass each other and garbage and delivery trucks make the road impassable in one direction or the other). Of course none of this is in the host’s purview, but plan ahead and make sure you’ve got your rental car insured from minor scrapes etc.

This was an amazing place with such a beautiful view & outdoor area. The hammock was amazing to lay in & the host was so kind & thoughtful! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Roger is a fantastic host!! Very good communication, timely and also gives great recommendations for local spots. Great views of Hollywood sign, fantastic back yard for lounging and taking in the landscape. Only downside is no living space inside, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Great for a couple or friends for a weekend getaway. Super neighborhoods, full of great dining and night life. Close to Dodger Stadium a bonus.
