Booked this for my son’s honeymoon. They loved the location. Clean, comfortable. Did not realize there was no A/C but I am sure I just missed that in the listing. Close enough to the ocean that the breeze kept it cool. Overall great spot!

Enjoyed the stay. Grounds were nice and it is a great location in the middle of the North Shore.

Generally excellent. The unit was spacious and convenient to the office. The only issue was almost incessant noise from gasoline string trimmers and leaf blowers. We don’t recall so much on two previous visits.
