Very clean, quiet modern house with 2 bedrooms and office. This is my second time staying there and I will be back. Great host! Welcome pkge was waiting for me with travel toiletries and snacks. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels and throws plus comfortable bed

This home and our time there suited all our needs for us in a semi-secluded area that was not too far from the beach, or down town Charleston, with plenty if things to do locally as well.

The host was nice to let us check in early and left us a little gift basket. The location of the house and the backyard was nice…but that’s about it. This house is in serious need of some updates. First, there was no shower liner so water got everywhere in the bathroom. There were also towels in the hamper when we arrived (not sure if they were dirty or clean). The pots and pans needed to be thoroughly hand washed before we could use them because there was food still caked on them. There was a good bit of dust everywhere and the vents were very dirty which was a little concerning. One bed was way too soft to where both people sank into a hole in the middle. And then the other 2 beds were pretty hard and springy. While it served its purpose for a weekend stay, we felt that the listing seemed way better than in real life.
