The property was well maintained , the rooms were clean . There were activities for the kids like ping pong and board games . The community is well maintained and quiet. The grill was not very clean , but was not a show stopper.

Check-in had a serious problem. The key code didn't work. No one at the management company answered the phone (including the main number and TWO "emergency " numbers. Fortunately the back slider was left unlocked by the cleaning crew.
The refrigerator had a closure problem. Neither that problem nor the slider lock problem was fixed during our one week stay.
The main sofa in the Great Room is well past it's "use by" date and very uncomfortable.
This is an otherwise lovely house in a beautiful community.
