Host was great and easy to communicate with. Location and space were great, we needed a 1 night stay for our family before getting on a cruise. A few minor things in the house probably need to be addressed, but nothing major. House is nice. Neighborhood is slightly questionable, but we didn’t feel unsafe, by any means.

The front door was open and unlocked when we arrived. Host was very responsive when we notified him. Front door is difficult to lock and floors are very cold which is most likely due to the extreme cold they are having in Texas.
