Perched on the edge of Lake Erie, where sky meets water and time slows down, this newly renovated beach house is more than a vacation rental—it’s your front-row seat to nature’s most breathtaking performance.

From the moment you arrive, you’re drawn to the massive deck that stretches toward the horizon, offering sweeping, uninterrupted views of the lake. It’s here, in the golden glow of sunset, that unforgettable evenings begin—cocktails in hand, the lake breeze whispering through the air, and the sound of waves setting the rhythm for your stay.

Step inside to a quaint, cozy space that feels like a scene from a modern coastal film. Clean lines, warm textures, and high-end smart appliances bring together comfort and sophistication. The open-concept kitchen and living room invite conversation and connection, whether you’re cooking a meal or curling up on the sofa bed with a movie and a bottle of local wine.

On the main floor, a serene king bedroom with a private two-piece bathroom promises peaceful rest. Upstairs, another king bed and a full pull-out sofa await in a suite designed for relaxation. A mini fridge and coffee maker add thoughtful convenience, while large windows frame ever-changing lake views like a living artwork.

Step through the patio doors and you’ll discover a private balcony—a hidden perch perfect for sunrise solitude or twilight toasts. Below, the expansive deck extends your living space outdoors, complete with loungers, a dining area, and a BBQ grill ready for lakeside feasts. The real magic lies just beyond: a staircase that descends to your own private beach, where the water is always just a few barefoot steps away.

And when the stars begin to shimmer, the private hot tub awaits—steaming, and mostly secluded, and perfectly placed for stargazing. (Please note: mid-week stays may include a brief visit from our discreet hot tub maintenance technician.)

Beyond your lakefront oasis, the story continues. Explore Point Pelee National Park’s wild beauty, wander the charming Leamington Marina, and catch live music at Seacliff’s Sunset Amphitheatre. Every direction offers a new scene to step into—each one as memorable as the last.

This isn’t just a place to stay. It’s where stories unfold, laughter echoes over the water, and mornings begin with the sun rising over your private piece of shoreline.
