Fully renovated in 2026, this private 7 bedroom villa sleeps up to 18 guests in the heart of Provence - 30 minutes from Cannes, 45 from Nice.

Set in a century-old olive grove with panoramic views of the Var hills, the property features a private pool, ensuite bathrooms, large well-equipped kitchen and a newly expanded pool area with Day beds. A rare combination of genuine luxury and space for families and groups.

Tennis courts across the road, PGA golf course and luxury spa nearby.

Our home is large and well spaced out making it suitable for guests of all ages and comfortably sleeps 18 people.
Natural zoning allows couples to retreat while families gather. Adults can not only find private areas to relax but also regroup in the main living dining area for meals, discussion and socialising.

Bedrooms are well laid out for famillies and or couples with three of the rooms having ensuite bathrooms.

The garden is spacious with its 100 year old olive grove where the pool operated from May to September (unless otherwise requested in advance). There is also plenty of shade in the garden and around the pool for those adults set to supervise their child's activities.

Choose from a number of terraces around the house to enjoy the beautiful views, enjoy a game of pétanque, play a game of ping-pong or just relax in the shade of an olive tree.

Permanent Fiber WiFi is available.
