Perfect quiet location, home has great amenities and very comfortable. A/C worked great which is a major benefit! Kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook instead of going out

This is a beautiful property right on Chatham Square. The location is quiet and you feel removed from the heavily touristed areas while still being close to everything. The home has a lot of historic charm and had plenty of space for our party of five. Both bedrooms are upstairs and stayed pretty warm, even through the night, but we really enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again.

WiFi was not working but was fixed . Back yard needs some landscaping clean up.

The house and neighborhood were nice. Unfortunately a bad nights sleep due to terrible mattresses leads to a lingering discomfort throughout your entire vacation. One would think that in a neighborhood filled with multi million dollar houses the owner could afford a descent mattress. We will not be staying here again because of this.
