My family of four had a wonderful time at this property! It is conveniently close to both Boyne Mountain and downtown Boyne City. The home itself was comfortable and clean. There was ample room for the four of us. We enjoyed the wooded setting. Highly recommend! We hope to stay here again in the future.

This was a fantastic house to stay at in Northern Michigan. It was clean and well kept, had all the little things you don't think of that were available for use. Things like pans and cooking utensils were there and available. They were clean and in good condition. Comfortable home and a nice wooded setting. Plenty of sleeping (we had 5) with enough room to not step on each other. Overall this was an excellent place to stay.

Reviewer Comments:
House is in a good location to visit various other tourist spots. Mentor room for a family. Comfortable and clean accommodations. Even though overall all experience was good, price seems much higher than other rentals.

The House over all was "OK" and the property managers very nice.
BUT .....
It is time to refresh the house. Ripped screen doors, rotten outdoor window frames and siding. Can't open a lot of the windows. Bees around the decks and porch. Hives in shed where garbage is placed.
Just needs attention.
