Golden View Apartment is located in the picturesque and panoramic village of Perledo, ideal for enjoying a breathtaking view of the central part of Lake Como known as the Golden Triangle, overlooking Varenna, Bellagio and Menaggio.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a living area with living room, with sofabed, TV and kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven and utensils for cooking an excellent Italian dinner. The sleeping area consists of a comfortable bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink.

The environment is bright, thanks to the large windows that allow a wonderful view of the lake directly from the living room and give access to the private garden, large and well-kept, ideal for enjoying the beautiful sunsets over the lake, sipping excellent local wine and enjoy a romantic dinner by candlelight.

The house is located a few minutes’ drive from the beautiful and romantic Varenna.
