E A R L Y / L A T E: We may be able to offer early check-in or late check-out (2 additional hours) for $50 unless there is another reservation within 24 hours of your reservation. This must be requested and approved by your SkyRun host! We compensate our team additional funds for accommodating guest requests and coordinating their daily schedules and/or working after hours to help make this happen for our valued guests. Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent.
F i r e p l a c e s : Fireplaces are free to be enjoyed seasonally October 1st through April 30th. You are welcome to use the outdoor wood burning fire pit year round! No cooking or roasting marshmallows in any fireplaces, but please roast away on those wood burning fire pits! Tampering or turning on fireplaces outside of the seasonal window will result in fines.
WIFI AVAILABILITY: Wi-Fi is provided as a complimentary convenience for our guest; however, it is not considered an essential part of the rental. Refunds will not be issued for Wi-Fi-related issues including connectivity, speed, local outages, or accessibility.

Really enjoyed our stay overall. The cabin was very clean, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. We did have a few maintenance concerns that we hope can be improved. The main king-size bed seemed worn out and lacked support, which made it difficult to get comfortable rest. The downstairs bathroom door also kept getting stuck, and my child became frightened after trying to get the door open. Additionally, the sliding door to the back patio was very difficult to open, and at one point we chose to go around through the front instead. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our visit and hope to return again soon.

The Sleepy Beaver was perfect for our family. The property is beautiful and is located in a quiet neighborhood. There is plenty of distance from the neighboring cabins and has a lot of space for parking, even larger vehicles/trailers. The drive to food and entertainment in Hochatown was less than 10 mins. Our family enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, firepit, and BBQ. We would absolutely stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at the Sleepy Beaver. The fire pit was awesome. Hot tub was amazing. The cabin was close enough to go do stuff but far enough away to enjoy the outdoors.
