Everything you could need is provided in this comfortable home with desirable SW exposure and direct access to the gulf. New addition of free boat storage on property. We have a gravel side yard with a gate to block the sight of the trailer from the road per Marco regulations. A boat lift and floating jet dock are available for easy use of kayaks and paddleboards. Pool is set to 90 F
Upgraded beds, we now have 2 queen Casper mattresses and 1 king Casper mattress. House is tiled throughout.
Please note:a saltwater pool doesn’t mean salt water like the ocean. It uses electrolysis to convert salt to chlorine and it is a much gentler system than chlorine tabs. It is constantly treating the pool versus a shock every week like normal pool maintenance.
We provide keyless entry for self-check in with a keypad on either the front door or garage door. Let us know what 4 digit code you would prefer, I change the code between guests.
The house is 2590 sq ft and can easily be shared as there are 2 living areas. One side of the house has 1 large bedroom with two queen beds and a pool bath. The other side of the house has 2 bedrooms with a king bed in each room. Each bedroom has their own bathroom.
The pool is oversized (30’ x 15’) for Marco and heated to 90 degrees. You won't be able to adjust the temperature as it is controlled by an aqualink account through wifi.
All doors have alarms for peace of mind, they can easily be turned on or off, depending on your needs. Mostly, it's an added level of security to prevent small children from swimming unsupervised.

The entire house is accessible to you during your stay. The only visitors that may come during your stay are the weekly pool guy and weekly lawn service. Pool is supposed to come on Thursdays and yard service is supposed to come on Fridays.
Great, quiet, kid-friendly, biking neighborhood. Close to the Marco River, direct access.
4 adult cruising bikes are provided. There are several bike rental companies on the island as well. Guests are able to bike the entire island with extra wide sidewalks in many areas.
Distance to Marco Island South Beach Entrance: 3.9 miles
Distance to Tigertail Beach Entrance: 4 miles
If you bring your boat, there is a boat lift available for your use. The lift supports boats up to 10,000 lbs and it designed for V-Hull boats. We only ask that you are careful with the remote for the lift as it costs $150 to replace and we would have to use part of your deposit to get a new remote. The remote breaks easily if dropped or exposed to moisture. We always leave the remote in a Ziploc bag and bring the remote inside after every boat trip to curtail damage to the remote.
If you bring your boat by trailer, Marco Island mandates that the trailer not be visible from the road or canal. It can either be kept in the garage or stored in the side yard. We have a gravel area for the trailer and a retractable screen to block the view of the trailer from the road, which is a Marco rule.
There is a noise ordinance on Marco Island, so please be respectful of the neighbors.
Only 3 cars allowed for parking, 1 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Marco Island doesn’t allow parking in the swales or across the sidewalks.

The house is exactly as shown in the pictures and every detail has really been thought of. First, most rentals provide enough supplies to “get you started” and it’s the same amount whether you stay for 3 days or 3 weeks. We arrived to find full size pump bottles of everything from dish soap to body wash. There were extra toothbrushes with a tiny toothpaste in case you forgot your own. Enough dishwasher pods that we were able to run the dishwasher nearly every night without issue. We had our own laundry detergent but there were pods had we needed them. The kitchen is fully stocked and the little welcome tray of goodies was a nice touch too! The pool was gorgeous and my teens loved the basketball hoop. My retired parents loved the screened in lanai/pool deck and it was a lifesaver with Florida mosquitos. Plus the screens that come down on the porch kept the rain out, even when it was windy. We spent so many hours enjoying the pool area. We had some minor issues, none of which were the homeowners fault, and the speed at which I got a response was unheard of. Plus, she did everything she could to make things right for us. We cannot wait to return and our search for a family friendly location is over. I wish I wasn’t limited by characters for this review because there are so many other great things to say, too many to list. I cannot recommend this host or property enough.

This house was above and beyond our expectations. The location was perfect. The house, dock, and pool area were just what we were looking for. What really made the difference was Heather, the owner. Her level of communication was on-point and almost immediate. Anytime I had a question, she fired right back with an answer. The house by far was the best stocked and most well appointed house we've ever rented. We will be back. Thanks Heather for making our stay a perfect one.

This property was exactly as advertised! Beautiful home with many amenities that made our family vacation fun and relaxing. We appreciated all the supplies provided along with the outdoor equipment that was available. Our teenage girls rode the bikes for miles. Highly recommend!!
