We enjoyed our stay in this lovely little cottage. It is within 1/2-1 mile of everything! The house is very well appointed and comfortable. The pool/patio is a great place to relax. We were not aware that it was a communal pool - share between 3 units, but the people we met were lovely. The neighborhood is clean, safe, and walkable.

This is a lovely, well equipped cottage in a convenient location & in a quiet neighborhood. The lush tropical space around the pool is perfect for morning coffee, family meals & pool fun. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals. We enjoyed our walks to the beach & Atlantic Avenue shopping. Yvonne was especially helpful with local suggestions & in welcoming us to the property. We also loved having the beach chairs & umbrella. We would certainly stay here again.

I do feel like the listing ga was confusing that 4 other duplexes share the one small pool. The unit was cute abs clean. I was surprised with the list of cleaning that was required when we were paying a cleaning fee. Overall it was good.
