Spacious living room has comfortable sofa. 4 Seasonal BEACH BADGES INCLUDED. Bus stop steps away to Toms River Park&Ride, which connects to NYC.
The main bedroom has a new Queen bed. The second bedroom has a Full-over- full bunk bed. Amenities include central air, WiFi, cable, washer/dryer, coffee maker, grill. Exclusive use of newly finished rooftop fiber-glass deck (650 sq feet) with grill and tables for you to enjoy nice barbecue, or relax in the evening light. Parking Onsite. Linens and Towels are provided, but if you prefer, bring your own. COME MAKE A LIFETIME OF MEMORIES!!
Max trip length is 3 weeks. No smoking, No pets. Copy of driver license is required, minimum age 24. No third party booking please. Kids traveling with staying parents are welcome. Non-family groups need to be over 24 for all members. Copy of driver license is required upon request. Ring video doorbell on first floor on front yard as required by the city.

Great rental and hosts! Very responsive and flexible. The rental is located very close to everything and has all the needed supplies! I would highly recommend this rental.

Great rental! The hosts are so nice and very accommodating. Very clean and just 2 blocks from the beach. This was our second year there and would definitely go back next year!
