Ethen was a wonderful host who was very responsive. The house was as described and came fully stocked with all of the necessities. The location was excellent with proximity to Downtown, Sylvan Park, and West Nashville. Would recommend for a family or a group as there is plenty of room to spread out! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

My wife and I and several members of our family were in town for my son’s graduation from Belmont. Wanted a house that could hold all of us comfortably and wanted it to be conveniently located to various spots. This house did not disappoint. House was very clean and the accommodations were very comfortable. Thanks for helping make the occasion memorable.

Great location, well equipped. Was great for our family of 12. Ages 1-71.
Near downtown, shopping and restaurants.
Would definitely stay here again.
