The open-concept main living area features comfortable seating, a 65" TV, a built-in fireplace wall, and beautiful views of the mountains, Heber Valley, Deer Creek Reservoir, and nearby streams. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for meals at home, including a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, air fryer, waffle maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, and dining service for 16. The dining table seats 6–8+, with additional seating at the kitchen island.

The spacious primary suite includes an adjustable plush king bed, a 65" TV, mountain, lake, and valley views, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, an oversized tub, separate shower, and walk-in closet. The adjacent loft includes a workspace, recliner, and twin daybed with trundle. Additional bedrooms include two queen bedrooms, each with a 50" TV, and a bunk room with two bunk beds.
