This 2-bedroom / 2 bath condo in Elkhorn offers approx. 1000 square feet of living space and sleeps 4. There is a ground-floor entry, and the unit is all on one level. The open kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors. The dining table seats 6. The living room has a gas fireplace and a 45-inch flat-screen TV with streaming. Off the living area is a deck with outdoor seating to enjoy the views in the summer and fall.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, a 26-inch TV, and access to the hallway bathroom with a large walk-in shower and single sink vanity. The second bedroom can be set up as a king or as two XL twins and has a 26-inch TV, and access to a hallway bathroom with a large walk-in shower and single sink vanity. This room has electronically adjustable bed frames, so each half of the bed can be adjusted separately.

There is a stack washer/dryer in the hallway closet near the kitchen. Please note: There is parking for two vehicles only. 10:00 PM Quiet Hour Strictly Enforced. There is a $100 fine for each noise violation.

Elkhorn Amenities are available only through ski season 2027. Elkhorn Amenities will NOT be included for Summer 2027 & Winter 27/28. If your dates include amenity access, one amenity pass is required for each guest using the pool, golf, or tennis. Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through mid-September. Tennis and golf open from May through October (weather permitting).

Complex Features: The Ranch at Elkhorn amenities include an on-site clubhouse with a game room, fitness machines, a summer pool, and a year-round hot tub. This unit is located just a short walk from Elkhorn Village's Harker Center, where guests can enjoy larger tennis and swimming facilities. Additional Elkhorn amenities include access to golfing, hiking, bike trails, and community parks. There is a bus stop just a two-minute walk from the condo, where Mountain Rides provides free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley, and Warm Springs.

Please Note: No Pets Allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
