A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Totally renovated during the winter of 2014-15, this is our second all-new 2-bedroom, 2-bath top-floor Penthouse unit in beautiful "Crystal Sands" directly on the Gulf of Mexico and Siesta Beach (see photos). Designed by Sarasota's award-winning Sweet Sparkman Architects, the renovation features North Carolina pine wood and Portuguese Carrara marble floors, Bosch stainless steel kitchen and laundry appliances, quartzite counter tops and three state-of-the-art Samsung 'Smart TVs' including Pandora internet radio, fiber-optic HD cable TV and Netflix entertainment systems. The unit is also equipped with ultra-fast internet and WIFI throughout, so you can stay in touch while you relax and enjoy panoramic Gulf views from the kitchen/dining room, living room, both bedrooms and their adjoining 25-foot long screened balcony directly on Siesta Beach, with Sarasota Bay and downtown Sarasota off on the horizon.
The most unique feature of this complete "walls down" floor to ceiling renovation is an enormous gourmet kitchen and dining area with top-of-the-line Bosch appliances plus every tool you will need to satisfy your "inner chef." This quiet and secluded top floor beach home also features a separate laundry/beach equipment storage room with beach chairs and accessories 50' down from Siesta Key's only glass elevator to world famous Siesta Beach.
The master bedroom has built-in custom storage cabinets, a 50" Samsung 4K Ultra-High Definition Smart TV and a 14" deep king size bed. The living room includes a 90" X 90" corner sectional sofa, swivel reading chair and an amazing 55" Samsung 4K Curved Ultra-High Definition TV that "pops up" from a custom-built cabinet. The guest bedroom has two 14" deep queen size beds, a 40" Samsung Smart TV and a large storage closet.
Your vacation Penthouse also has all new "mid-century modern" style furnishings and bedding, a custom-tiled two sink guest bath, a walk-in Carrara marble master bath shower with rain shower-head and a new two-zone climate control system for your comfort.
