This cozy unit is equipped with portable air conditioning for summer comfort, a full kitchen, and offers spectacular views of Sun Peaks Village. Enjoy the convenience of ski-in/ski-out access, and being just steps away from local restaurants, shops, and amenities.

- Located at the Hearthstone Lodge in the center of the Sun Peaks Village
- Village View
- Ski- in: With its central location, you can ski in from all three mountains
- Ski- out: Step out of the Hearthstone Lodge and ski over to the Sunburst and Sundance Chairlifts or cross the road over to the Morrisey Platter
Bed Configuration:
- Bedroom: Queen Bed
- Living Room Sofa Bed: Queen
Thoughtful extras: All bed and bath linens provided, quality linens and towels, all washed at 60ºc
Bathroom:
- Combination bathtub and shower, basin, and toilet
Thoughtful extras: Shampoo, conditioner, hand soap
Kitchen:
- Fully stocked kitchen with oven, two burner stove, full-size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher
- Cookware and appliances including kettle, coffee maker and toaster
Thoughtful extras: coffee, salt, pepper, olive oil, and cling wrap
Living and Dining:
- Comfortable sofa and armchair
- Dining table with seating for four

The room is right on the main strip with lots of local activities, shopping, groceries, restaurants, liquor store and outdoor concert at the end of the strip. Great location. Safe. Clean. Golf nearby. Everything in walking distance. The fan in the bathroom was broken which made for a slight stinky and stuffy room. But other than that, it has a beautiful view and very reasonably priced. If you need absolute silence to sleep, the voices of people on the street do echo. But if you want to be in the middle of a beautiful, romantic, idyllic setting with lots to do, I'd recommend this place. I would imagine that snow in the winter would muffle outside sound. I would definitely return.

318 is dated and needs to be renovated
Beds did not have any mattress protectors,
Place was not clean when we got there , furniture is shabby and looks dirty, beds sag,
Owners need to renovate or at lease charge according
