This newly renovated, open-concept 2 bed 2 bath condo is the epitome of modern comfort, designed to make your stay relaxing and unforgettable. Our guests have full access to the entire condo. Washer and dryer in unit are available for use!
The day before your arrival, we will message you with check-in details. No meeting for keys just arrive at the front door, we are real people with real jobs just like you!
The red tape:
- QUIET TIME 10:00pm
- 6 Human Max
- No pets without prior written consent. Unauthorised animals caught on property will result in a $500 fine.
- We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more.
- We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart.
- No late check-out or early check-in without 24 hr prior written consent. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.
- Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
- This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $1000. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.

I would recommend this place everyday. Close to beach. But the owners of this property are great people. I had a situation on the day of our vacation and they were very understanding and worked with me. I will definitely stay again. The place is very clean and enjoyed being there. Thank you

Great location, was clean, pictures were accurate, owners responded very quickly. Easy check in and out process.

We were there for bike week and enjoyed the location being close to events in the Inlet. Just wish there was an elevator due to recent foot surgery with one of our friends.
