Location! Location! Location! Two blocks from the Back Bay T and Amtrak station, and another two blocks to Copley Square / Prudential Center. This one bedroom, one bath duplex (2 levels)features a lovely, private garden with gas BBQ and patio table; a granite and stainless kitchen, bath with full tub and shower, on the ground floor, cable tv and internet and more. The bedroom is on the main level. Located in the heart of Boston, at the Back Bay / South End T and Amtrak station near restaurants and retail center. Please select either the $59 insurance policy OR the security deposit but remember, VRBO charges its fees based on the entire amount including damage deposits :-(

Apartment is in a lovely quiet street and we found the area very safe. There are a good few places nearby to eat including a couple of cafe shops and bars. There is also a 7/ Eleven at the top of the street for essentials. The Apartment itself was very clean, comfortable and had everything that you would need for your stay and is in easy walking distance (up to 30 mins) from Central Boston. The hosts Jack & Gregg were very helpful and always provided a quick response to any enquiry. We have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Greg and Jack were excellent hosts. The place is charming, comfortable and in a perfect spot on a quiet street near Tremont/Copley area. We’ll be back.

We love old homes and this was such a lovely home for our Boston adventure! Everything needed in a home is provided and the location has so many restaurants, convenience stores and shopping within walking distance. Copley Park is right around the corner and train stops are very close. Days were spent doing walking tours in the North End and the Freedom trail, train rides to Boston College, and driving to Salem and Gloucester. Parking should definitely be planned as there is no street parking available, but a parking garage is nearby and easily walkable (40/day). Communication with our host was excellent!
