We had a fantastic stay at this house in Waveland. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and the home was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of our favorite features was that it’s pet-friendly, with a fenced area of the yard that made it easy and convenient for our dog to spend time outside. The beach was only about a five-minute walk away. There were a few people around, but for the most part it felt peaceful and secluded, which was exactly what we were looking for. It was a great place to relax and unwind.Bay St. Louis was just a short drive away and offered plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to do. We also took a trip out to Ship Island, which we highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to reach whenever we had a question. We were also lucky enough to have beautiful weather throughout our stay. This was our first visit to the Waveland/Bay St. Louis area, and we absolutely fell in love with it. We would not hesitate to stay here again and will definitely be checking this property first when we return. Highly recommended!

Jacob was an incredible host! He and his family are so welcoming and the house was immaculate and nicely redone. The porch swing quickly became one of our favorite places to hang out together.

We spent just over 6 weeks at this beautiful little cottage near the pretty and quiet beach. Walking down the path at the beach was a daily ritual, except for the one day when it rained all day. We were faster getting there than expected and it was easily arranged for us to get an extra day at the start of our stay. Was nice to get settled after days on the road and staying in hotels. Was also nice to have a BBQ and a place to cook after numerous meals on the road. However there are lots of good restaurants not far away! Communication with Jacob effortless.

We stayed for a few minutes visiting family and stayed in this wonderful cottage. We loved everything about it. The owner was wonderful when simple issues arose. Would definitely stay again. Would suggest a set of small cups to make it easier for kids to drink stuff from.
