Newly constructed brick house has a huge sunroom, huge living room, 4 bed rooms, 2 extra beds in sun room attached bathrooms, walk-in closets. Waterproof flooring. Fully furnished. New Kitchen appliances. Pond access at your risk. Back and front porch with open air. parking space for 25 plus car. A good spot for a quick walk? Walmart 1.2 miles away. Only 5 minutes to down town. Perfect for a family of 12.
Okefenokee park, Laura walker part only 10 minutes away, beaches only 50 miles away, Jax international airport 66 miles away, Savannah a historical town only 90 miles away.

Nice property, there was no sofa bed as ad described. It’s a chase lounge couch. No extra blankets, sheets, towels. We had 1 bath towel per person. Parking was great, fully equipped kitchen was nice. One recliner was broke, tv screen was broke in one room, no outlets worked in one bathroom. Overall was good, just need to update the ad that there is no sofa sleeper. Sleeping on a sofa sleeper and a couch is two different things.

The home is beautiful with plentyof room for a large group or family. I would suggest extra towels and paper products for thebathrooms and kitchen. Other than that its awesome! We wi be back!
