Welcome to our magnificent villa with 360° sea and mountain views of the Sierra de Mijas. We invite you to meet near Mijas Pueblo (typical white village) for a magnificent stay. It is located in the upper part of a large villa built in steps, but quite independent, it has its own entrance with private swimming pool 4m by 8m, 2 terraces and private parking. It is on one level, which makes it very comfortable. It consists of a fully equipped open kitchen, a large living/dining room with 2 bay windows, one south side opening onto a beautiful terrace with sea/mountain view and the other overlooking the large terrace with pergola / pool and sea and mountain view, as well as 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms that can accommodate 6 people. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, 2 single beds (2X90) which can be separated, it has direct access to the terrace with sea view. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (2X90) that can be separated. The third bedroom has 1 large bed 160cm non-divisible. All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning. The second bathroom has a bath/shower, two sinks and toilet.
The main terrace with views of the pool, sea and mountain has a pergola with a large table for 6/8 people and a very comfortable seating area. On the pool side you can relax on sun loungers watching your children play or simply contemplate the sunset, or observe a night sky filled with stars.
The house is also equipped with:
- Air conditioning / reversible in hot
- A TV with more than 1000 satellite channels
- High speed internet
- Brick BBQ
- Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, juicer, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, iron+board, baby travel cot, high chair for child,...

Villa "La Cima" is ideally located in a rural area between Malaga and Marbella, 25 minutes drive from Malaga Airport (AGP). The white village of Mijas Pueblo at 428m at sea level, is known for its exceptional views, its restaurants, its unique arena, its picturesque alleys and shops, are 10 minutes away by car, if you prefer walks by the sea it will take you 15 minutes by car to Fuengirola.
20/30min to Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Marbella
+- 2h30 to Ronda, Seville, Cordoba or Granada

The property is situated high up in the hills, with a steep incline to the property, so definitely hire a car. The views however; are incredible! From every room and outside area you’ll get to look across the sea or mountains. The size of the villa is ample for 5/6 people, with plenty of seating inside and outside. The kitchen has everything you need and is a lovely social space. A couple of slight improvements, one would be the air conditioning, it looks fairly old in the bedrooms and the lounge one is not really suitable for the size of space. We also had one unit in the bedroom keep turning off every 10 minutes when it got too hot. The other is the water pressure, some days it was perfect, others it dribbles, I believe it is because the water is shared between another holiday villa below, so if everyone is trying to use the water then obviously the pressure drops. Its location to Mijas is a short drive and to Fuengirola is a little bit further, no more than 15 minutes. Between both towns you’ll have everything you need, supermarkets, things to do and see, restaurants etc. We had contact via WhatsApp with Genevieve who responded fast and was very accommodating when our flight was delayed meaning we arrived early hours. Overall, a beautiful family home with everything you need with incredible views and sunsets.

Lovely location. Great space and views, proximity to Mijas Pueblo about 6/7 mins by car10-15 to Fuengirola beach well stocked house with plenty of towels (pool. beach and house) cutlery, crockery glasses etc. Fantastic cleaning crewInternet was sufficient for workLovely and clean and welcoming bright and spacious. Outdoors was also very well supplied with plenty of sun loungers , pool toys, great table for outdoor watching and comfortable couches and garden furniture. beds were comfortable and plenty of sheets or duvets as required.The shower was excellent and the water pressure strong.Lovely pool and shower outside.Cons: On a number of occasions the pool got dirty and or needed cleaning due to issues with water availability so the pool wasn’t crystal clear as in the picture. However host and supporting staff were quick to respond and regularly maintain cleanliness. There were also a few tiles missing on the steps which led to 2 of our children cutting their toes (not badly) but it could do with a little ‘love’ in general.The Air con in the main room isn’t powerful enough for a room that size and with Mijas getting as hot as it does, this is a shame. On windy evenings having both doors on patio and pool side allowed for welcome breeze. 2 bedrooms had excellent Aircon but again, the master bedroom AC was a little old and struggled to really cool the room.all in all this was a fabulous location and a wonderful house and would recommend for families.

Nicely styled house, mixbeyween scandinavian and beach house, stunning views, tranquil, such a wonderful place to relax and unwind only 15 minutes from beautiful Mijas Pueblo. Would absolutely recommend.
