We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, easy to find linens, and stocked with essentials. It was close enough to the beach and restaurants to walk. I would recommend to anyone.

This place was perfect for our family of 4. If you’re looking for a place that’s close to the beach accesses and walkable to great restaurants/entertainment, it’s this one. It provided all we needed for a quick stay in St. Simon’s.

The house is clean! While it’s showing a bit of rental wear (getting close to a paint refresh) the house is nice! And the location is excellent! Good places to eat right around the corner and less than a mile walk to “downtown”. We would definitely come back!

I took my family over the Memorial Day weekend as a birthday trip. I was well priced for a holiday, and what we received. The hosts were helpful but not intrusive. The washer/dryer was a big plus. Also, there were bikes available to take advantage of all the trails, and we had a blast. My girls (8 and 9) had plenty to do and plenty of room, and we could not have been more grateful. Thank you for having us!
