As part of our commitment to keeping out properties pristine, we require mid-stay cleaning. (THIS COST IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY CALCULATED AT BOOKING AND WILL COME AS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE AFTER BOOKING IS COMPLETED). The frequency of these cleans depends on the length of your stay - for stays of at least 30 days , we will require one mid-stay clean halfway through your time with us. For stays longer than 45 days, we require this clean to occur approximately every 15 days.
The cost of this service comes at a reduced price and is due at the time you book your stay. For this property, each mid-stay clean costs $65.
(For stays of 30 days or longer) A starting supply of consumable goods (paper towels, toilet paper, coffee) will be provided upon check-in. For extended stays, guests are responsible for purchasing consumable goods if they need more outside of what is initially provided.
PMI Scenic City requires a rental agreement for all of our properties. Must be 21 or older to rent this property.

Towels: $4 - $38 per item
Bedding: $8 - $66 per item
Comforter: / Encasements $88 - $141 per item
Pillows: $27 per item

Property seems to be very new, is super clean & well appointed & tastefully decorated. We were a group of 4 aged over 65 and a 22 year old. The living room furniture was challenging for comfort. Would suggest addition of mirrors in bedrooms & exterior keypad access for garage parking. Also notation that coffeemaker is Keurig would be helpful as we'd packed ground coffee assuming traditional drip coffeemaker. Would stay again.

Very comfortable home for our family of 5 to stay in for a few days seeing the sites in Chattanooga. The immediately surrounding neighborhood looks a little run down, but it seems like the area is developing. A short walk through a charming residential neighborhood and you are on Main St with lots of restaurants, bars, etc. Short drive to all of the main attractions around Chattanooga.
