Clean and spacious townhome with piles of towels, handy shampoos and extra bedding. We did not use kitchen, as we were visiting with friends, but it was well stocked. Full size, washer and dryer, and three bathrooms, big backyard and quiet neighborhood. Excellent host, communication and easy Ring door access.

The owners are so responsive and immediate with answering questions! Even making a phone call! Checking in to make sure everything was ok. To me that is the highest value of staying somewhere new. Knowing the owners won't leave you stranded. The house was as described. The kitchen was large and easy to cook in. The deck off the back was so relaxing. Loved watching the squirrels and birds. Loved having a bathroom in each room and the half bathroom downstairs! We were there for a family wedding with 106 heat index and the house stayed cool and comfortable. If you have any knee or back issues the stairs might be a problem but my 82 year old mother handled them. I highly recommend this place for both the owners and locations. Lots of amenities close by and downtown is easy navigation.

What a lovely stay! The whole process was so easy. We’re newbies to VRBO and our host was just a text away with any questions. The home is clean and comfortable. We’ll definitely try to stay here when we next visit Raleigh.

The property was within 10 minutes of everywhere I needed to go to. We came for my granddaughters wedding and it was perfect.
