Located over the entire lower floor of the property, there is a well-equipped fully integrated kitchen with breakfast bar and a dining area with views over the beach. The living area with corner sofa, boasts a log burner for cosy Winter nights in. Open up the patio doors and enjoy the sea breeze.
There are three spacious bedrooms; one king, one twin and a bunk bedroom and a large family bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate bath.
The best part of this property is the garden area with terrace and a lawn, where you can enjoy a summer evening with a cocktail or a relax in the six-person luxury hot tub.

Newgale beach is less than a 5 minute walk away and known for its outstanding natural beauty its a blue flag award for the clarity and purity of its waters. The soft sand has been trodden by surfers young and old from beginners to pros.
Newgale has long been a favourite amongst surfers for its consistent tide and safe surroundings. Newsurf is a small shop on the roadside which offers surf tuition along with wet suit and board hire. There is also a pub which is a great little place for an alfresco glass of wine as the sun sets.

A car is essential to enjoy the Pembrokeshire coastline from Ty Melyn.

1. Please consider other guests and neighbours when parking.
2. Ty Melyn is a beautiful property please help us by not wearing shoes whilst inside the home.
3. No smoking.
4. No parties or events.
5. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 8 people.
6. Quiet time after 11 p.m.
7. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
8. Kindly dispose of rubbish in the bins provided, full bin bags can be placed in the wheely bin outside.
9. Please use the Hot Tub only between 8 a.m and 10 p.m as not to disturb the neighbours
10. Keep a close eye on your children whilst in the garden and especially around the hot tub.
11. Well behaved pets are allowed, please do not allow them on any of the furniture or in the bedrooms. Do not leave them in the property unattended unless they are crate trained and can be left safely and quietly in there.
12. Towels and linen are not for hot tub / beach use, please provide your own towels.
13. Please make sure to turn off the lights and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
14. Please report any damages and/or breakages as soon as possible, so we have time to arrange replacements before change over. Damages must be paid for.
15. Please wash the dishes, and throw out the rubbish before checkout.
16. Please do not feed the seagulls!
17. Please remove any dog waste from the garden.
