Are you looking for a updated condo in Princeville for your vacation? If so... You have arrived! This wonderful 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condominium has it all, even a loft space with a queen size bed. Pride of ownership exudes here. The main bedroom has a King size bed and full bathroom and the guest room side also has a king size bed and ensuite as well as a private balcony. This condo boasts an amazing lanai with beautiful views of the golf course and mountains as well as an updated kitchen and baths. The condos are not physically connected, but the front doors are right next to each other so the guests staying in the studio side can enjoy a level of privacy, but still access the main living area and kitchen. You are close to the most beautiful beaches in the world. Located in the Sandpiper Condos, walking distance to stores is only 10 minutes and only 10 minutes to drive to beaches. Located across from Makai Golf Course, one of the top golf courses on the island. View of Mount Namolokama, filled with water falls. All reservation cancellations, regardless of when they are made, are subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee on the total amount before taxes. This fee covers the non-refundable credit card processing costs incurred at the time your reservation is booked.
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid, less the 3.5% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made fewer than 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable. No refund will be issued.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event your travel plans change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Pretty property. Busy road right next to the property. Huge lanai with lights so that was fun to sit out on at night. Probably not a great place for kiddos because as quiet as we tried to be not to disturb downstairs neighbors who were locals - we still got “talked to” about how loud we were. It had us on eggshells the entire stay after this occurred. Very nice but probably not a great place if you have kiddos- I completely get it though because I would want it quiet as well. Great place for 2 couples because 2 separate room areas!! Mahalo for the wonderful stay!!
