In a luxury contemporary villa with a view of the sea, the first floor is available for rent: 70 m² plus a 30 m² loggia (shaded dining area) adjoining another 25 m² outdoor terrace in the tree-lined garden—perfect for relaxation and evening barbecues.
High-quality amenities, fully air-conditioned, unlimited internet, TVs, board games, and books.
Wooden-floored terraces with a table, chairs, lounge chairs, and a parasol, as well as a barbecue and outdoor shower.
Bicycles and beach accessories (chairs, parasols, beach games, flippers, etc.) are available.

Located 30 m from the beautiful, expansive beach at Porto Pollo (supervised swimming and water sports center in season) and 150 m from the harbor (boat and personal watercraft rentals, day-long sailing trips), close to all local shops (convenience store, bakery, butcher shop, bar/tobacco shop, laundromat, pharmacy, restaurants), and numerous sports and recreational activities (diving school, kitesurfing, hiking and mountain biking trails—bike, mountain bike, and scooter rentals).
In the town, enjoy a free visit to “U stagnu di Tanchiccia,” an 80-hectare nature reserve home to 392 plant species and 130 bird species, most of which are endemic.
